When you try the Swedish Speech in noise exercise, Elin is the voice saying the digits. Elin is the exercise's digital voice artist, with a calm and clear sound. The idea is to let you focus on the task: identifying three digits while background noise gets in the way.

How a round comes together

Each digit has ten prepared sound variants. We balanced their levels so that one digit does not stand out simply because it is louder. When you select Play the digits, your browser combines three of Elin's digit sounds with background noise. You can replay a round and stop the sound at any time.
