How controller and processor roles relate to this public website.
The public website
MRC Collective AB is the controller for processing needed to provide and secure this site, compile visitor statistics and handle messages sent to us. Visitors do not need a data processing agreement to read pages or use the tools.
Audiograms
An audiogram you open is processed in your own browser. It is not uploaded to MRC's server. MRC therefore does not process the file as a processor on your behalf through this feature.
Separate organisational solutions
If MRC is to process personal data on an organisation's behalf in a separate engagement, the parties need to agree on roles, instructions, security measures and any subprocessors before that processing begins.
